The Turmeric colorants are obtained from the milling process of the
Turmeric root in the form of colored flour. Extracts from the turmeric
root may be obtained using solid-liquid extraction processes, being
either oil or water soluble.

cheese, seasonings, dressings, snacks and other confectionery products.
