Obtained through fine and gross milling operations followed by a drying and sterilization process in rotary mixers to lower the bacteriological count.

Used in soups, instant cream soups, chicken stock cubes, porridges, sauces and instant desserts.


 Natural colorants

Our natural colorants are generally used to naturally color milk beverages, yogurts, cheese, margarines and cooking oils, snacks, cookies, desserts, instant soups and cream soups, chicken stock cubes, pasta, sauces, and natural juice beverages.
 
 Annatto Colorants  

Annatto oil soluble
Annatto water soluble

The annatto colorants are obtained by solid-liquid extraction from annatto seeds and can be water or oil based. Some are spray dried.

They are used as natural yellow colorants for margarines, cheese, cooking oil, soups, creams and sauces.

 Turmeric colorants  

• Turmeric oil soluble
 Turmeric water soluble

The Turmeric colorants are obtained from the milling process of the Turmeric root in the form of colored flour. Extracts from the turmeric root may be obtained using solid-liquid extraction processes, being either oil or water soluble.

They are used as a natural colorant for chicken stock cubes, margarines, cheese, seasonings, dressings, snacks and other confectionery products.

 Red colorants  

• Red beet
 Liquid red paprika oil soluble
 Liquid red paprika water soluble
 Powder red paprika


Used in meat products, creams, soups, snacks, cheese, juice beverages and confectionery products.
 Caramel color  

 Caramel color powder 50% maltodextrin
 Caramel color powder 50% salt

The caramel colorants are used in snack products, soups, creams, powder foods, and cereals, etc.

Caramel colors are obtained by spray drying the liquid caramel from the caramelisation process of sugar at high pressure.
